"Happy Fall!" For those of you who know me well, you also are fully aware of my obsession with Fall. (I believe I share that obsession with a few of you ;) The seasonal decorations in our home even have a name..."Fall Splendor." A little much? Perhaps. But, Fall is one of those things in life that makes me intensely happy. There is something about the shadows that are cast, the crisp air, the
colors, great school memories, wardrobe changes (sweaters, jackets, jeans & boots, of course) the smells, the comfort food, the parties, the decorations, the holidays, etc, etc. I really could go on forever. In fact, I can usually pinpoint, to the day, (sometime early in September) when you go outside and realize the sun has changed its placement in the summer sky, and Autumn is on its way. This year, I obviously missed my blog tribute to this day, so I needed to make up for it! So, for all of you who have yet to appreciate this magical time of year, take an extra minute to smell that crisp air and make a yummy pot of soup...jump in that pile of leaves and throw on that sweater...even though the air turns your cheeks pink in spite of it! Admire the paintings of nature in the mountains! Enjoy it, for it quickly fades!

Awesome entry! Life during the fall doesn't get much better. So, I am now wondering if we are both avoiding prep for the reunion by spending time on the internet! :) I know most of it has to be done tomorrow but I just wanted the entire thought of it all out of my head completly so I came downstairs and am vegging in front of blogs! What has my life come to?
Terra, the answer is YES! Notice the new header...ya, I won't tell you how much time that one took me (instead of scanning pics for the reunion) Can we have a REAL party next week? ;)
