Syd loves animals. This comes as no secret to any of us who know her well. I just had to laugh the other day when I walked into the living room where she'd been watching a movie and she had lined up all of these plastic animals in rows in front of the TV and had "fed" them all
color coordinated pieces of licorice. Hopefully, these aren't the type of "mothering skills" she's learning from my example? ;)
