An Apple a Day...

Friday night, Brooke and I threw a 40th Birthday Bash for one of our favorite neighbor friends, Joyce. The theme for the evening was more or less, "An Apple A Day..." We claimed it as the reason as to why Joyce looks so fantastic for 40! (As many of you know, I'm also incapable of throwing a party without a theme). She also is one amazing lady....a wonderful friend, and incredibly kind & giving. She definitely deserved a little celebration. Thanks to all of the wonderful friends that helped out and came to spend a fun evening with us! We had a dinner, lots of chocolate and a ton of great friends! Everyone got to dip their own gourmet caramel apple on their way out the door and left a sweet note for Joyce in an adorable book that Brooke made her. Happy Birthday, Joyce--we sure love ya!

As always, you did an absolutely unbelievable job (and WAY MORE than is necessary!). The pictures look great! Does this mean you'll do mine next year?! I'm sure Victor could use some of your expertise. :)
