I am shamelessly behind in my blogging! Here' s a little smidget before the Halloween blogfest begins this weekend....We ran away to find the sun in St. George this weekend! While it was a short trip, it was nice to feel the warm sun again! The kids played in the pools, Don golfed with the work buddies, and we spent some great time with our friends, the Westhoffs. Sy
dnie and Kade were in heaven as they got to milk goats, collect fresh eggs and ride the horses at the Westhoffs' "farm." Neither one of them was at all reluctant to climb on those things and yell, "yeeehah!" It was a fun little break, and a reminder of how grateful we are for our good friends!

I love the country. Kids can really experience the outdoors when you don't have to worry so much about them getting run over by a car, just horses, cow, pigs and the such, but growing up around those things I always seem to worry less about the animals than I do about the cars, strangers, etc of living in the city
Wow, Kade really looks like don in that picture. Looks like a fun trip, nothing like visiting the Westhoffs, our kids loved the horses also... but not as much as they loved the trampoline!
I hope you enjoyed the weather, because I think that we are now moving into winter! AHHHH! I always love seeing your cute puctures.
