As my kids are little, and quickly growing, I find myself in this maternal frenzy of sorts. I want to capture every moment, every look, every milestone. Sydnie has this wonderful journal that I kept for her, and Kade has about three or four entries in his. ;( Chase, I'm afraid is still pleading with his beautiful, dark little eyes for his Mom to finish even one in his little journal.
Nonetheless, we have flown through an entire week of this little man's life! The time is already passing too quickly! He is sooooo perfect. Truly, the most amazingly content little baby with all kinds of love and newborn squishyness to go around. We all fall more in love every day as he stares and smiles at us.
As Chase patiently waits for his mother to get her act together, I'm afraid pictures will have to suffice as documentation of his first week. Sweet, sweet little boy!

I am still trying to get my act together for Reese. I am under the presumption that pictures will be just fine, since that is all she has, but she does have a lot of them. I am afraid that his spell has reach through the yards and captured even our hearts. Claire talks about him all the time. Keep your doors locked cause I am afraid that you might find her inside your house one morning gazing at him. Lets just hope that if it does happen that at least this time she will be wearing pants
What a cutie! I wish I was there to hold him. Lexie is getting big way too fast!
Chase is such a sweet little guy. Can't wait to see him agian. He is a lucky little man to be in your family and have you as his mom. Yeah the journal thing...I think it's been atleast 18 months since I wrote and poor Cruz is going on 5 months without a single entry. I suck.
